We encourage regular communication and timely feedback as they are crucial. Our clients should respond quickly and offer clear input guidance.

EFFICIENT COLLABORATION:
We will identify the most effective communication channels, such as email, conference calls, online meetings, and in-person meetings.

CLEAR OBJECTIVES:
We will create a plan with specific, measurable, achievable, and time-bound objectives or goals for our branding efforts activation.

 

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

AGENCY RELATIONSHIP:
We prefer that our clients have an internal branding or marketing officer currently in place. If not, the reason for partnering with Sana is to fill that critical role in your business model. 

BUDGET ALLOCATION:
Our clients must allocate a dedicated budget for branding initiatives starting at least $45K. It’s important to note that this branding budget is separate from their marketing and sales budgets.

BUSINESS DATA ACQUIRING:
Our clients should provide any relevant information about their company, including brand guidelines, sales and collateral materials, past experiences, or other pertinent documents and details.

PROJECT COMMITMENT:
We kindly request our clients honor their contractual commitments, make timely payments, and ensure prompt completion of tasks.

TIME INVESTMENT:
Our clients must dedicate a specified number of weekly hours to projects.

STAKEHOLDER INVOLVEMENT:
All key stakeholders should be actively engaged in the project to avoid redundant discussions and ensure alignment.
